Did you know you can send expired coupons to overseas military bases/ The program is called the Overseas Coupon Program (OCP) and serves military and their families. They can use these coupons up to six months after the expiration at the commissaries if they are stationed abroad!
It has been a while since I have had the time to put the coupons together and mail overseas to our women and men who serve. I am going to attempt to try to mail them monthly again if possible. I send my coupons to Atsugi, Japan.
If you would like to learn how to do the same, visit the Overseas Coupon Program website. It's easy to do and I send monthly using First Class Mail. It cost me about $1.50 to send them the coupons monthly.
