How to get a Good Night's Sleep
- Don't eat too late. It causes disruption to your digestion which can cause restless night.
- If you wake up at night, do not touch your phone. Blue light tricks your brain to think it is daytime.
- Digital clocks can be turned around if needed.
- Keep an eye on caffeine intake if it causes sleep problems.
- Enjoy morning sunshine.
