Did you know you can send expired coupons to overseas military bases? The program is called the Overseas Coupon Program (OCP) and serves military and their families. They can use these coupons up to six months after the expiration at the commissaries if they are stationed abroad!
If you would like to learn how to do the same, visit the Overseas Coupon Program website. It's easy to do and I send monthly using First Class Mail. I am sending out $304.58 worth of expired coupons to Atsugi, Japan.
