Weight Watchers: Practice Gratitude
I went this morning to Weight Watchers to weigh in. Today's topic focused on practicing gratitude. We discussed focusing on the good and not the bad. Growing up, my mom always reminded us to find the good. Through weight loss or maintenance, it is easy to get distracted and focus on went wrong.
We also discussed ensuring we are changing our habits. I shared how I joined Camp Gladiator back in July which has helped to increase my energy levels and lower my stress levels. I may still be over my goal, but I lost 3.6 lbs since my last weigh in!
