Sending $403.01 Grocery and Household Coupons for Military in Atsugi, Japan

Did you know you can send expired coupons to overseas military bases?  The program is called the Overseas Coupon Program (OCP) and serves military and their families.  They can use these coupons up to six months after the expiration at the commissaries if they are stationed abroad!

I am sending out $117.55 worth of expired groceries coupons for $1.19 and $285.46 expired household coupons for $1.40 to Atsugi, Japan.  It is inexpensive to send via First Class Mail as long as you keep the ounces lower.
