Quick Trip to CVS

I normally attempt to do my CVS transactions in 1-2 transactions when possible.  It really makes it easier and I still end up with plenty of goodies.  Also, as you purchase your groceries always check the expiration dates.  Sometimes, they are expired in the store.  However, most times you will find some newer grocery items with dates farther out.  I think the cereal expires in 2014 which it will be gone way before the expiration date.  Also, items go on sale every 6-8 weeks as Jenny from Southern Savers discusses.  For instance, for us three boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios should be plenty for the next six to eight weeks.  There is no need to clear a shelf.  When I open one of the Chex Mix bags, I plan to measure out portions into smaller bags since I am counting points with Weight Watchers and Jeff is counting his carbs.  Overall, today I spent $21.44 for everything!!
