Starting Back to Weight Watchers
Today, I am starting back on Weight Watchers. I found a link for 7 free days and then will do the three month plan at $65.00. I like how it is now available on my phone for easy tracking for on the go! On July 19, 2011, my husband and I had our little baby girl and I am now up to watching what I eat to begin losing the extra weight off. I am currently at 170.2 lbs and would like to get back down to at least 150 lbs. I return to work on September 12th and would like to be able to fit better in some of my pre-pregnancy clothes or at least closer.

I hope you do well on Weight Watchers! I tried it about 11 years ago after I gave birth to my oldest and lost a few pounds, but I never ended up sticking with the plan - my own fault.
ReplyDeleteFor this pregnancy (#5), I'm trying to be a lot more careful about what I eat and I'm weighing myself every day. I just wish I would've thought to do this with baby #1 where I gained a LOT of weight that I've yet to get off.
