Week 1 - $25 CVS Gift Card |
|
I received my $25 CVS gift card from
SwagBucks the other day and only had a few items I wanted at CVS this week. I was debating the Pantene, but thought there might be a better deal so I decided to wait. When I went in and scanned my card at the coupon center, it printed a store coupon for a FREE package of Always Liners. I went and picked those up and then walked over to pick up the Dawn dishwasher soap. The soap was on sale for $0.99 each and there were 50 cent coupons in the paper making them only $0.49 cents each. I had a $1.00 ECB remaining that was expiring on the first and wanted to use it. When I went to the register, the system took up the full value for the liners and ended up making me about 30 cents. I decided to use the little extra on some cups for Jakob. We picked up some very similar at Target for $3.00 and ended up getting these for $0.75 before the extra coupons. Overall, I spent $0.49 on my gift card and have $24.51 remaining. I also saved $7.17 or 94% if I was using cash.
