Menu Plans 8/28-9/3

Last Thursday, I cooked Herbed Baked Red Potatoes.  According to Weight Watchers, they are 3 points per serving and were pretty good.  We are cooking the Cheesy Spirals dinner and Chicken Quesidillas this upcoming week from Menus4Moms.  They both look really good and the Cheesy Spirals prepares extra to freeze for later!  I must say creating the menus has sure helped our grocery bills since we are cooking what we have along with buying a few things here and there, plus we are not overspending on fast food!  Last week, we spent $103 and went slightly over our new $100 weekly budget of groceries, household items, and other un-planned budgeted items.

Dinner Menu
Sunday: Roast served with potatoes and carrots (from freezer)
Monday: Cheesy Spirals served with peas and carrots
Tuesday: Leftover Buffet
Wednesday: Chicken Quesidillas served with Spanish rice and corn
Thursday: BBQ Pork served with potatoes and Ranch Style Beans
Friday: Leftover Buffet
Saturday: Dining Out
