I had a great day! Jeff, Roland, Jakob, and I went to Olive Garden for lunch as a gift from my mom and then the waitress and others sang happy birthday to me! I received a $12 coupon for either a free Build-a-Bear or $12 off a stuffed animal. So after other errands, we went to Stonebriar and I picked out a bunny rabbit and found an inexpensive outfit to dress the bunny as a teacher!

Updated test grades

Today I found out my test grades for my Physics test I took this past Wednesday and my Linguistic test that I took last Wednesday. I made a 91% on the Physics test and a B+ on my Linguistic's class! I also had a test in my Education of Exceptional Learners class almost two weeks ago and made a 78% on that one. That class is not focused only around test, so I'm ok luckily! Not too crazy for that grade!

Open House

Today turned out to be a great day. We had a showing at 11am and then the open house started at noon. Between 12-4pm, there were 4 more sets of people who came by and she said based on who she spoke too, 2 of the 4 seemed really interested. I know the people may not choose our house, but I was really excited that we had as many people as we did. That was great!

Our house is now officially posted online for the general public to see! I was so excited! I looked at 7am this morning and it was not there and I sent an email to our realtor, Melody. Sometime between 7 and 1o am, it was placed on the website! YEAH!!

GO CHECK IT OUT!

We have an Open House planned tomorrow. Melody said they are bringing an 8-foot remax balloon that says Remax/Open House. The open house is from 11-4pm tomorrow and it seems like it should go good.

Jeff and I are planning on taking Roland and Jakob to the Fort Worth Zoo for the day since we can't be home while they are doing the open house.

For Sale Sign

We are now official with our sign and all! Our house is now listed with MLS but the online websites will not update and show it until tomorrow morning. However, other real estate agents can already see the house. The picture used is the one below in a previous post without the car. I wanted to take this picture that had the sign, since I know I'll put it in the scrapbook.

House on the market

As of Thursday, September 14th, our house will be on the market. This past weekend we finished installing the new french doors and stained the deck. Since we replaced the controls in the shower, we redid the wall in the bathroom. The house looks really good and we are excited about getting it on the market!
